ORDER
It is ORDERED that EDWARD E. KAUFMAN of Matawan be suspended from the practice of law for three years and until the further order of this Court, effective May 8, 1978; and it is further
ORDERED that EDWARD E. KAUFMAN be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that EDWARD E. KAUFMAN reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts in this matter; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the Regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
