ORDER
It is ORDERED that ALAN R. KATZ of Budd Lake be temporarily suspended from the practice of law until further order of the Court, effective immediately; and it is further
ORDERED that ALAN R. KATZ be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
