Order unanimously modified by limiting the reference to the question as to whether the parties were twenty-one years of age at the time the contract of arbitration was entered into by the parties and, as so modified, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements to the appellants. (See Civ. Prac. Act, § 1448.) No opinion. Settle order on notice.
