Wage rate of a life guard at a summer camp is herein fixed under subdivision 2 of section 14 Work. Comp. of the Workmen's Compensation Law, taking as the standard the wages of a life guard who worked the entire year at an indoor bathing pool. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board.
