Motion to dismiss appeal unless appellants on or before June 1, 1947, file and serve copies of all exhibits. Rule 232 of the Rules of Civil Practice provides: "Exhibits on a trial * * * need not be printed at length unless the judge or referee so direct * * *." The motion in this court should be denied and the parties directed to take such steps in the Surrogate's Court of Albany County as they may be advised for a settlement of the record. Motion denied. All concur.
