ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend CHARLES F. HOLDER, JR., of Farmingdale from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and R. 1:20-5(b) and an order having been issued on May 30, 1979 temporarily suspending CHARLES F. HOLDER, JR. from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on June 12, 1979 why the suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District IX Ethics Committee, and he by his attorney having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of said CHARLES F. HOLDER, JR., imposed by order of this Court dated May 30, 1979, be and hereby is continued pending disposition of the complaints against him and until the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that said CHARLES F. HOLDER, JR. be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys; and it is further

ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services, Administrative Office of the Courts, take such action as is appropriate under the circumstances to gain possession and control of the legal files of CHARLES F. HOLDER, JR. wherever situate.
