Decree of the Surrogate's Court of Kings County, entered in a discovery proceeding, directing the delivery by the appellant to the administrator of certain articles of jewelry as the property of the decedent, in so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs to the respondent, payable out of the estate. No opinion.
