JOSEPH K. HEPNER, III, of Bridgeton, having voluntarily sought institutional treatment and having agreed to desist from the practice of law during such treatment;
It is ORDERED that JOSEPH K. HEPNER, III be suspended from the practice of law during the period of his institutional treatment and until further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that said JOSEPH K. HEPNER, III be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
