Appeal from an order denying appellant's motion to vacate and set aside all proceedings taken against certain parcels of real estate allegedly owned by it. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Wenzel, MacCrate, Beldock and Murphy, JJ., concur.
