Matter of Groht v. Sobol

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Jun 30, 1994
639 N.E.2d 751 (N.Y. 1994)

Opinion

Submitted May 2, 1994

Decided June 30, 1994

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that portion of the November 18, 1993 Appellate Division order that affirmed Supreme Court's order denying petitioner's motion for reconsideration and from the March 7, 1994 Appellate Division order that denied leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, dismissed upon the ground that the above-described portion of the November 18, 1993 order and the March 7, 1994 order do not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.

Judge LEVINE taking no part.
