ORDER
BERNARD L. GREENBERG of Asbury Park having come before this Court on an order to show cause why he should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending disposition of an ethics complaint against him filed with the Monmouth County Ethics Committee, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that said BERNARD L. GREENBERG be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective April 1, 1978, pending resolution of the complaint against him and until further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that BERNARD L. GREENBERG be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that said respondent comply with all the regulations of the Supreme Court regarding suspended, disbarred and resigned attorneys.
