On the court's own motion, the caption of its decision and order, both dated May 25, 1970 [ 34 A.D.2d 894], is amended so as to change the initial recital therein from "In the Matter of Joseph P. Grace" to "In the Matter of Janet Grace". Hopkins, Acting P.J., Munder, Martuscello, Latham and Brennan, JJ., concur.
