Appeal from an order of the Tompkins Special Term (HEATH, J.), which denied the petition of appellant to have the designating petition of William S. Richardson stricken from the records and rejected by the Election Board of Broome County. Order affirmed as a matter of law and in the exercise of discretion, without costs. All concur. Application for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals denied, without costs. All concur.
