DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
This matter having come before the Court on an order to show cause why LEROY C. GIPSON, JR. of NEW BRUNSWICK should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that LEROY C. GIPSON, JR. is hereby temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, pending the disposition of the complaints pending against him and until the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent may apply for restoration to the practice of law through counsel provided that all books and records required to be maintained under R. 1:21-6 have been turned over to the Office of Attorney Ethics prior to said application; and it is further
ORDERED that all funds presently existing in any New Jersey banking institution, including but not limited to the Brunswick Bank and Trust, New Brunswick, New Jersey, Trustee Account No. 6-1382-6 and Business Account No. 6-1395-8, maintained by LEROY C. GIPSON, JR., pursuant to R. 1:21-6, relating to his law practice shall not be disbursed pending the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that the funds restrained from disbursement by this Order shall be transmitted by the banks that are the present custodians to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund pending further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that LEROY C. GIPSON, JR. be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
