ORDER
This matter having been duly considered by the Court, it is ORDERED that the suspension of LEROY C. GIPSON, JR. of Plainfield is lifted, and he is hereby restored to the practice of law, effective immediately, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the report of the Disciplinary Review Board; and it is further
ORDERED that, respondent having submitted his written consent hereto, Eugene F. Lynch, Esquire, is designated as respondent's preceptor in the practice of law for a period of one year from the date hereof; and it is further
ORDERED that the Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, together with this order and the full record of this matter, be added as a permanent part of the file of said LEROY C. GIPSON, JR. as an attorney-at-law of the State of New Jersey.
