Present — Foster, P.J., Heffernan, Brewster, Deyo and Bergan, JJ.


Appeal by self-incured employer from an award of compensation. The evidence is sufficient to support the finding that the claimant's tinnitus condition was causally related to his employment and that the condition was disabling. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the Workmen's Compensation Board.
