ORDER

VICTOR J. FREDA of Roselle Park having been ordered to show cause why he should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of the complaint against him, and he by his attorney having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that VICTOR J. FREDA be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective June 30, 1979, pending the final resolution of the complaint against him, and until the further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that VICTOR J. FREDA be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
