Award affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board against the employer and the insurance carrier. Appeal by Jerome F. Cohen, claimant's attorney, dismissed, without costs, on the authority of Matter of Lewis v. Lefren, Inc. ( 234 App. Div. 513). Van Kirk, P.J., Hinman, Hill, Rhodes and Crapser, JJ., concur.
