OWEN N. EISENBERG of Stratford having appeared before this Court on an order to show cause why he should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law for his failure to assist in the auditing of his financial records required to be maintained pursuant to R. 1:21-6, and having represented to this Court at said appearance that he would cooperate with the Camden County Ethics Committee and the Central Ethics Unit of the Administrative Office of the Courts in the audit of his records, and the Court having been informed by way of a verified petition of Robert E. Cowen, Esquire, of respondent's continued failure to cooperate, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that OWEN N. EISENBERG be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that OWEN N. EISENBERG may make application for reinstatement upon certification to this Court by the Camden County Ethics Committee of its receipt of those records, or a satisfactory reconstruction thereof, required to be maintained pursuant to R. 1:21-6.
