ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend DONALD M. DUCKO of Trenton from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and an order having been issued on September 1, 1978 temporarily suspending DONALD M. DUCKO from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on September 12, 1978 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District VII Ethics Committee, and that the Central Ethics Unit of the Administrative Office of the Courts be empowered to take such action as is appropriate to protect the interest of the public, the respondent and his clients pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b), and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of DONALD M. DUCKO, imposed by order of this Court dated September 1, 1978, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaints against him and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that the Central Ethics Unit of the Administrative Office of the Courts take such action as is appropriate under the circumstances with regard to the files comprising respondent's law practice pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b); and it is further

ORDERED that said DONALD M. DUCKO be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Supreme Court governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
