Appeal from Workmen's Compensation Board.

Present — Foster, P.J., Bergan, Coon, Halpern and Imrie, JJ.


The question is identical with that involved in Matter of McCann v. Walsh Constr. Co. ( 282 App. Div. 444). Upon the authority of that case, decided herewith, the award is unanimously affirmed, with costs to the Workmen's Compensation Board.
