In a proceeding by appellant to discover certain estate property alleged to have been withheld by respondent, decree of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, which dismissed such proceeding on the merits, unanimously affirmed, with costs to respondent and appellant, payable out of the estate. No opinion.
