In a proceeding to enjoin respondents from designating respondent Manes as the candidate of the Democratic Party in the general election to be held on November 2, 1971 for the public office of President of the Borough of Queens, City of New York, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 13, 1971, which denied the application and dismissed the petition. Judgment affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Hopkins, Acting P.J., Shapiro, Christ, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
