DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board that THOMAS T. CUTCHALL of RAHWAY, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1977, be suspended from the practice of law for six months, for his failure to communicate adequately with his clients, in violation of RPC 1.4(a) and (b), for his gross neglect and for the pattern of neglect displayed in his handling of these matters, in violation of RPC 1.1(a) and (b), for his inadequate recordkeeping, in violation of RPC 1.15(a), (b), and (d), and for other ethical violations, in violation of RPC 1.8(b) and RPC 8.4(c), and that respondent's restoration to the practice of law be conditioned by a two-year proctorship, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that THOMAS T. CUTCHALL be suspended from the practice of law for six months, effective October 2, 1989, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that the restoration of THOMAS T. CUTCHALL to the practice of law shall be subject to a two-year proctorship pursuant to Administrative Guideline No. 28; and it is further
ORDERED that THOMAS T. CUTCHALL be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that THOMAS T. CUTCHALL reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for appropriate administrative costs; and it is further
ORDERED that THOMAS T. CUTCHALL comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
