Order reversed without costs of this appeal to either party and motion denied without costs, on the authority of Matter of Martin v. School Bd. ( Long Beach) ( 301 N.Y. 233). All concur. (The order appealed from grants petitioner's motion to file a proposed amended notice of claim as of within one year following the accident.)
