ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend HARRY L. CORNISH of Paterson from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:30-3(i) and an order having been issued on December 4, 1979 temporarily suspending HARRY L. CORNISH from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on January 8, 1980 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District XI Ethics Committee; and he by his attorney having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of HARRY L. CORNISH, imposed by order of this Court dated December 4, 1979, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaints against him and until the further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that said HARRY L. CORNISH be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys; and it is further

ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services, Administrative Office of the Courts, take such action as is appropriate under the circumstances with regard to the files comprising HARRY L. CORNISH's law practice pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b).
