Motion by petitioner to confirm report of the Justices of the Supreme Court who were designated to hear and report on the issue of whether the proposed annexation by the City of Middletown of certain parcels of vacant land in the Towns of Wallkill and Wawayanda and the Village of Amchir is in the over-all public interest. Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties, dated September 12, 1967 the report of the Justices, dated July 21, 1967, is confirmed and it is adjudged that the annexation is in the over-all public interest, without costs. Beldock, P.J., Brennan, Rabin, Hopkins and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
