ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court recommending that JOSEPH P. CLARK of Shrewsbury be disbarred from the practice of law, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that JOSEPH P. CLARK show cause before this Court on Thursday, June 12, 1980 at 2:00 p.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined; and it is further

ORDERED that Colette A. Coolbaugh, Esquire, or her designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent shall serve and file nine copies of his brief with the Clerk of this Court by June 5, 1980 and the Disciplinary Review Board shall serve and file its response, if any, by June 10, 1980 pursuant to R. 1:20-4(a); and it is further

ORDERED that the temporary suspension of JOSEPH P. CLARK, imposed by order of this Court dated August 21, 1978, be continued pending the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that JOSEPH P. CLARK be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
