Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
May 3, 1993
193 A.D.2d 601 (N.Y. App. Div. 1993)

Opinion

May 3, 1993

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Bernhard, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see, Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf., People v Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Thompson, J.P., Balletta, Rosenblatt and Eiber, JJ., concur.
