Present — Hill, P.J., Crapser, Bliss, Schenck and Foster, JJ.


Award for reduced earnings occasioned by claimant's inability to work in connection with the use of cement. The award was made against claimant's last two employers, one-half against each. Only one of the employers has appealed. Award unanimously affirmed with costs to the State Industrial Board.
