ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that JOSEPH K. CAPPA of Wayne be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i), and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that JOSEPH K. CAPPA be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately and until the further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that JOSEPH K. CAPPA show cause before this Court on Thursday, August 2, 1979 at 2:00 P.M. in the Supreme Court conference room, State House Annex, Trenton, why the temporary suspension should not be continued pending final disposition of the complaint against him before the District XI Ethics Committee; and it is further

ORDERED that Colette A. Coolbaugh, Esquire, or her designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent is hereby restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended attorneys.
