Arthur W. Brinkmann of New Brunswick having entered a plea of guilty to the crime of wilful misapplication of funds in the United States District Court for New Jersey,
It is ORDERED that the said Arthur W. Brinkmann be suspended from the practice of law effective immediately pending further disposition of Ethics proceedings against him and until further order of the Court; and it is
Further ORDERED that the said Arthur W. Brinkmann be and he is hereby restrained and enjoined from practicing law during his suspension.
