In a proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act, to review and annul a determination of the Commissioner of Licenses of the City of New York, which denied petitioner's application for a parking lot license, petitioner appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 30, 1961, which denied the application and dismissed the petition. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Brennan and Hopkins, JJ., concur. [ 31 Misc.2d 1037. ]
