Order denying the judgment debtor's motion for an order vacating the order in supplementary proceedings and denying his motion to discharge the judgment affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. (Martin, P.J., and Townley, J., dissent and vote to reverse and grant the motion.) Order denying motion of the judgment debtor to punish the judgment creditor for contempt of court unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
