DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend JOHN A. BALDINO of Newark from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and an order having been issued on September 28, 1982 temporarily suspending JOHN A. BALDINO from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on October 13, 1982 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District V Ethics Committee, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of JOHN A. BALDINO, imposed by order of this Court dated September 28, 1982, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaints against him and until the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that said JOHN A. BALDINO be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent continue to his compliance with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
