ORDER

This matter having been duly considered by the Court, it is ORDERED that the petition for restoration of the privilege of F. LEE BAILEY, a member of the Massachusetts bar, to appear pro hac vice before any court of this state is granted, subject to his filing with the Clerk of this Court a written statement that he understands and will comply with completely the Disciplinary Rules of the Code of Professional Responsibility of the American Bar Association, as amended by the New Jersey Supreme Court and as interpreted and applied in its subsequent decisions; and it is further

ORDERED that the determination of this Court shall not be construed so as to intrude upon the decisions of any courts, State or Federal, to which an application for respondent's admission pro hac vice may be addressed.
