Present — Van Brunt, P.J., Patterson, O'Brien and McLaughlin, JJ.


Order modified as directed in opinion, and as modified affirmed, without costs.


The order appealed from should be modified by reducing the several allowances granted to the following amounts: To Mr. Arthur Berry, the sum of $3,500; to Mr. Emanuel W. Bloomingdale, the sum of $3,500; to Mr. Edward B. Whitney, the sum of $2,300, and to Annie Fennell, as executrix of John Fennell, deceased, the sum of $1,200. As so modified the order should be affirmed, without costs.
