Matter of Angel F

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Apr 30, 1998
249 A.D.2d 239 (N.Y. App. Div. 1998)

Opinion

April 30, 1998

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Bronx County (John Hunt, J.).

The record reflects that the evidence was legally sufficient and that the court's findings were not against the weight of the evidence. We see no reason to disturb the court's credibility determinations. We have reviewed appellant's remaining arguments and find them to be without merit.

Concur — Sullivan, J.P., Ellerin, Rubin, Williams and Andrias, JJ.
