Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Christopher Pogson, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and John Scanlon, Esq., 64 Front Street, P.O. Box 2206, Binghamton, NY 13902, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b).
