ORDER
This appeal is from a temporary injunction signed May 22, 2019. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ann. § 51.014(a)(4). On December 8, 2020, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal. Although the motion cites Rule 42.1(a)(2), the motion does not comply with subdivision (2) either by (1) filing the signed agreement with the clerk of this court or (2) seeking relief allowed under Rule 42.1(a)(2)(a), (B), or (C); instead, the motion seeks relief allowed under Rule 42.1(a)(1). See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1), (2). The motion is denied without prejudice to refiling a motion that complies with either Rule 42.1(a) or 42.1(2).
