ORDER
PER CURIAM.
We issued an opinion and judgment in this appeal on October 12, 2022, and on March 2, 2023, mandate issued. On November 20, 2023, appellant, who is proceeding pro se, filed a "Request to Seal this Case" "due to Exhibits in this case containing pictures of minors and the nature of this suit" and an exhibit that contains the first name of a minor. Appellee did not file a response to appellant's motion to seal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 10.3(a). We have reviewed the filings in this appeal. On May 25, 2022, appellant filed a "Motion for Emergency Relief and Permanent Injunction," which we denied on May 27, 2022. Exhibits to that motion include pictures of a child and the name of a child. We DENY appellant's motion to seal; however, pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.9(e) we ORDER the clerk of this court to restrict remote access to the exhibits to appellant's motion for emergency relief filed on May 25, 2022. See id. R. 9.9(e) ("Documents that contain unredacted sensitive data in violation of this rule must not be posted on the Internet."); see also id. R. 9.9(a)(3) (specifying "sensitive data" includes "the name of any person who was a minor when the underlying suit was filed").
