Appeal from Supreme Court.


Plaintiff's action was instituted to recover commissions as a real estate broker in effecting a sale of real property owned by defendant. Only questions of fact are involved. The evidence sustains the jury's verdict. Judgment affirmed, with costs to respondent. All concur.
