ORDER

Appellant's court-appointed attorney filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 368 U.S. 738 (1967), on October 15, 2015. On October 23, 2015, this Court entered an order establishing the deadline for appellant to file his appellant brief. Appellant asserted his right to file a pro se brief and his motion to obtain a free copy of the record was granted. Appellant was granted a motion for extension of time to January 15, 2016 and to February 5, 2016. Appellant has not filed the appellant's brief.

It is ORDERED that the appeal shall be set at issue and will proceed upon counsel's brief filed on October 15, 2015.
