MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal by withdrawing his notice of appeal. Although the motion is not signed by appellant, see Tex. R. App. P. 42.2(a), appellant stated on the record at the abandonment hearing before the trial court that he no longer desired to prosecute his appeal. The motion is granted, and this appeal is dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.2(a).
