DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the appellants, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 17, 2012, to substitute Ralph Massaro, as administrator of the estate of Sara Massaro, for the deceased appellant Sara Massaro, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Ralph Massaro, as administrator of the estate of Sara Massaro, is substituted for the deceased appellant Sara Massaro, and the caption is amended accordingly.
