ORDER


On April 30, 2003, the court granted defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's second amended complaint. Doc # 29. The court gave plaintiff leave to file a third amended complaint on or before June 5, 2003. Id. Since that time, the court has received several letters from plaintiff (Doc # 31), but plaintiff has not filed a third amended complaint. Thus, the court orders that this case be DISMISSED without prejudice. The court directs the clerk to close the file and terminate all pending motions.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
