Masiarczyk v. Burns

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Sep 1, 1983
436 So. 2d 253 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1983)

Opinion

No. AP-321.

July 15, 1983. Rehearing Denied September 1, 1983.

An Appeal from Circuit Court, Escambia County; William H. Anderson, Judge.

Joseph W. Jacobs, Tallahassee, and William VanDercreek, Dallas, Tex., for appellant.

William L. Lee, Jr., and Ray P. Pope, of Shell, Fleming, Davis Menge, Pensacola, for appellee.

We affirm on the basis that the record contains sufficient evidence in support of the trial court's decision to pierce the corporate veil on the theory of complete personalization. See Levenstein v. Sapiro, 279 So.2d 858 (Fla. 1973).

AFFIRMED.

LARRY G. SMITH and NIMMONS, JJ., concur.
