Order entered dismissing exceptions of defendant to verdict and judgment entered on the verdict. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 387, March T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, March T., 1974, No. 9. Submitted March 13, 1978.
