Upon consideration, petitioner's motion for leave to amend petition for writ of habeas corpus is treated as a motion seeking leave to file a reply to the State's response, and said motion is granted.

Following review of the petition for writ of habeas corpus and the response and reply thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied.
