Before the Court is court reporter Kelly Simmons's August 23, 2022 request to extend the time for filing the reporter's record to September 6, 2022. By order dated August 23, 2022 order, we ordered the reporter's record due by September 12, 2022. In light of this, we DENY Ms. Simmons's request as moot.
